Thunderstorms are forecast across the coastal areas of southern and western Iberia and ajacent waters and across southern portions of the central and eastern Mediterranean Sea.

SYNOPSIS

Monday at 06 UTC... a vertically-stacked low-pressure system over southwestern Ibaria is expected to move southward. The air-mass circulating around the system is slightly unstable over sea and scattered convective storms - of which some are thundery- will likely continue before subsidence sets in from the north. A marginally unstable air-mass over southern portions of the central and eastern Mediterranean will likely allow for some thunderstorms as well. Severe storms are unlikely.
